TPF provides fund management and education solutions for developing and sustaining mission and philanthropic giving. We do not seek charitable gifts that benefit TPF.* All services are meant to best serve partners through a cost-efficient process that separates us from other mission-driven foundations.

We provide investment management and legacy solutions by charging fees directly to our pooled funds, allowing trusted services to be efficiently provided to our partners. Services include:

• Consulting and development
• Education and development for planned giving and permanent funds
• Administration of trusts
• Life income gift annuities administration and so much more

Our operating expenses are offset by income from TPF’s Trustees’ Endowment Fund, further lowering the costs passed to our investors. TPF also keeps costs down for our partners by generating monthly distributions that additionally reduce the frequency of funded reports.

Although costs vary from fund to fund due to differing third-party investment expenses, TPF does not charge asset management fees, resulting in a total cost charged to pooled funds ranging between 0.5% and 0.7%.

*The occasional under-designated gift to TPF is placed in our permanent endowment – income from which supports the mission of the Foundation for all clients.
